Are there greater discounts for “cash”?
It is always worth speaking to one of our specialist advisors in the event that the site has not been updated with all current discounts. The motor business is an extremely dynamic industry and we are constantly offered new and updated terms by one manufacturer or another.

Who is the registered keeper?
In the many cases you will be the first registered keeper. However, if it means you will get a cheaper vehicle or type of finance by registering it to the finance company then they will be the registered keeper. Please check with one of our advisors at the point of ordering which option gets you the best price and the most appropriate type of finance.

Can I recover VAT on my vehicle?
You can recover at least 50% VAT on cars and 100% VAT on commercial vehicles providing you are VAT registered and the correct funding methods are used. If there is more specific information you need please don’t hesitate to call us on 08458 663366.

What about service and maintenance?
When you choose a new vehicle from Kudos Vehicle Management, you are offered the option to include a range of maintenance and service packages. To find out more, just give us a call on 08458 663366 and we can discuss the options available to you.

Does your maintenance plan include tyres?
The maintenance plan does include tyres and punctures (providing use is fair wear and tear).

Can I have my car serviced at a non franchised dealer?
In basic terms yes this is correct. The vehicle must be serviced by a bona fide garage and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. That said, we always recommend the vehicle is serviced at a main dealer as the service costs are now much cheaper than they used to be and there isn’t any risk of breaching the warranty on the vehicle.

Can I own the vehicle at the end of a contact hire agreement?
Yes you can. If you wish to purchase a vehicle you have had on a contract hire agreement for say three years, at the end of the period we can find out the price of the vehicle on your behalf. This price can be paid in full or a finance agreement can be arranged to purchase it.

Do you take vehicles in part exchange?
Yes we do. We will value your vehicle. You can then take the opportunity before the new vehicle is delivered to sell your own vehicle. If it doesn’t sell then we can take it in part exchange.
 
What happens if the vehicle is delayed?
When customers order a vehicle we confirm production/delivery dates and estimated delivery dates given by the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for acts of God, if there are production issues at the factory or when the factory abroad closes for summer holidays etc. That said, we do take all necessary steps to ensure that you receive your vehicle in the time allocated. If there are unavoidable delays then you will be informed of these so that alternative arrangements can be made.

How much deposit will I require?
Typically, an initial deposit of £500 is payable to secure your vehicle. This will be refunded on delivery of your new vehicle, less any outstanding amounts due if there are any. Larger deposits can be given to reduce the monthly payments.

Is there a warranty on the vehicles we supply?
Yes, every vehicle supplied is from a UK based main dealer and all come with the manufacturers full warranty and breakdown package or, for “nearly new” vehicles, the remaining balance of the warranty.

Can vehicles be taken abroad?
Yes, all vehicles, regardless of the finance agreement they are on, can be taken abroad. Please contact our maintenance department for any supporting documentation you may require.

What do I do in the event of a problem with the vehicle?
As every vehicle comes with the manufacturers full warranty you can take it to your local main dealer and they will fix all warranty problems. If you cannot find a dealer close to you please contact on of our advisors on 08458 336633 for immediate assistance.

What if I have an accident or breakdown?
If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident or vehicle breakdown, we can provide you with a range of services and help to get you back on the road. All vehicles include at least 12 months breakdown cover direct from the manufacturer.

Is the vehicle delivered or do we collect it?
Collecting a new vehicle from a showroom is always a pleasurable experience and if you wish to collect your vehicle you can. Alternatively, all vehicles can be delivered to any UK mainland address and is free unless otherwise stated. There may be a supplementary charge for very long delivery distances.

How can you give bigger discounts than our local franchised dealer?
Main dealers have strict pricing policies to retail customers who typically don’t buy 100’s of vehicles every month of the year. We are a supplier of high volumes of all makes and models of vehicles and as such we have our own terms with every manufacturer. We can therefore pass on these fleet discounts to you, our customer.

Is the vehicle full UK current specification?
Always and supplied from UK main dealers. We do not supply imported vehicles.

What types of finance are available?
The choices are wide ranging. The best advice is to speak to one of our trained advisors on 08458 336633 to discuss the finance options available to you. In brief, Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), Lease Purchase, Hire Purchase (HP), Finance lease, Contract hire and Contract purchase.

Is car insurance included in the lease?
The lease agreement does not include insurance but it can be arranged by our team. Vehicles must have fully comprehensive insurance. Can I arrange for my payments to be made on a specific given date?
Usually yes. Alternatively, let us know if you wish to have a payment “holiday” so that the first payment is made a month after delivery.
